Ryan brings a rare depth of technical execution to complex mobility challenges. His background spans the full spectrum of modern transit operations—including global employee shuttle networks, parking management, trip generation modeling, massive EV charging infrastructure deployment, and high-value vendor contract negotiation.

From local last-mile Caltrain shuttle connections to launching international factory and retail transit programs across Asia, Ryan has firsthand experience moving complex programs from initial site development to Day 1 service. This extensive operational history shapes Paceline's consulting philosophy: delivering practical, highly detailed, data-driven strategies built to scale and endure.
